Tickets
Tickets are £22, and include tea and coffee at arrival and at the end of the day, along with a selection of biscuits and cakes, entry to the morning meeting, and the Madeira Lecture with Cas Holmes. If you are a member of a West Midlands Region Embroiderers' Guild Branch, please see your branch secretary about how to obtain a ticket.

Members of the Embroiderers' Guild are welcome to submit a piece of their embroidery into the competition, and all attendees are able to vote for the recipient of the Visitors' Choice award.
Every attendee will also receive a goody bag containing a range of stitch related items, including a project pack with embroidery hoop, fabric, thread and needles.

There will them be a long lunch break to enable you to socialise with friends from your branch and other branches, and take part in a range of activities on offer, including:
- 10:00 - Registration and coffee (members, please bring your name badge if you have one)
- 10:30 - Chair's Welcome, Embroiderer's Guild Trustee's address, Regional Chair's Address, Presentation of certificates to people who have been Embroiderers' Guild members for 25 years
There will them be a long lunch break to enable you to socialise with friends from your branch and other branches, and take part in a range of activities on offer, including:
- Competition viewing and voting
- Shopping with our traders
- Taking part in the Sit and Stitch Project, included in your goody bag
- Lunch
- 14.00 to 15.30 The Madeira Lecture with Cas Holmes
- 15.30 to 16.00 Announcement of Competition winner, tea and cake
Raffle
We will have a raffle with a number of excellent prizes for you to win. This will be drawn during the Madeira Lecture, allowing you to see whether you have won at the end of the day.
Refreshments
Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided upon arrival (between 10:10-30am) as well as at the end of the day, when there will also be home made cakes, baked by local branch members.
Lunch is not provided. You may wish to bring your own lunch; tables and chairs will be provided for lunch time. There is also a cafe on site selling a range of sandwiches until 1pm.
